10 hours usually covers:
(Getting ready, ceremony & reception can all be different locations)
Both of you getting ready
Pre-ceremony first look if wanted

Family portraits
Extensive wedding party portraits
Newlyweds portraits (longer session/off-site location if wanted)
Sunset portraits
All reception formalities (speeches, cake cutting, games, first dances etc), + heaps of candid and roving photos, photos with guests and extended family, dancefloor shots and any other shenanigans that unfold!
Night portraits if wanted

8 hours usually covers:
(Getting ready, ceremony & reception can all be different locations depending on travel duration)
One or both of you getting ready – or swap for more reception coverage
Pre-ceremony first look if wanted

One of you getting ready (or getting readn together) near to ceremony location/at ceremony venue – or swap for more reception coverage

Reception formalities in succession, e.g. cake cutting, first dance, brief speeches + some candid photos and photos with guests

We’ll have a no-obligation consultation either in-person for a coffee/tea/drink (northern suburbs/CBD only), or via Zoom/Facetime.
We'll chat about your plans for your wedding day so far and the vibe and kind of photos you're going for. I'll ask a bit about you two, and we'll all get a feel for each other to make sure we’re a match!
I'll advise you on usual timings and durations of a wedding day, and recommend the best times for first look, ceremony and your dedicated couples photos – taking into consideration the time of day for the best lighting and from a photography perspective. I also start creating a draft timeline for you during the meeting.

If we all hit it off and you're ready to book in with me and lock in your date, I’ll send you a photography agreement and a deposit invoice to make it official!
If I need some extra info from you two about your wedding day and photo-wants, I'll send you a questionnaire for you to both answer.

I’ll touch base with you both 1-2 months before your wedding day to chat any new or updated details. This can be over video chat/phone, coffee or just over email.
I often do a location scout to pre-plan the best spots for your portrait session, first look, family photos so that everything can run smoothly on the day, or I’ll arrive an hour earlier on your wedding day.
For backyard and other private property locations, I can suggest where to situate your ceremony based on best lighting/appealing backdrop etc.

We'll be in touch via email, text, instagram or phone however many times we need to, so that everything is confirmed and ready to run as smooth as possible on the big day!
I can also recommend videographers I work well with, and other vendors suited to your wedding day, just ask!
